Grants - Transition to Teaching

In 2002, Centennial BOCES received a $1.4M federal grant to help recruit, train, and retain teachers through alternative training routes. High-need districts and schools were identified using federally-mandated guidelines. Alternative teachers in the following districts may choose to take part in the Transition to Teaching grant through their state-approved alternative licensure programs.
