The Centennial BOCES data center provides administrative Managed Information Services to participating school districts. Applications include financial management, human resources management, and student data management services. Specific services include computer processing, laser printing of report cards and checks, customer support, and technical support. Services are provided through the use of centralized computer systems housed and managed at Centennial BOCES, and delivered through the district/Centennial BOCES wide area network to each school building and administrative site.

The data center also provides support of computer-based systems within the districts, including the CIMS, Chancery SMS, Macschool, SASI XP, Infinite Campus student systems, the Edulog routing/transportation system, the Canopy Road automated substitute-calling system, a library system, and the SNAP (tm) food service system.

The Data Center is staffed from 6:30 AM through 7:00 PM Monday through Friday.
