Federal Programs DepartmentThe Federal Programs Department coordinates federal, state and private grants for 15 school districts in northern Colorado. Please visit our section in the CBOCES Program Services Guide for specific information on the many different programs and grants we administer. We always welcome ideas and comments on ways to improve service to our districts and families.
Our staff includes multi-talented individuals whose main focus is on meeting the needs of school districts. With significant community support, we organize a number of exciting activities throughout the year such as the Migrant Christmas Fiesta, Health Fairs, and our Outstanding Student/Migrant Graduation Celebration. Much of our work supports students who are migrant, English Language Learners, homeless, or disadvantaged. We also work directly with school districts to complete the Consolidated Application, which brings in additional federal funding to support schools.
