Special Grants and Projects - Reading is Fundamental

The RIF project helps families and communities prepare young children for reading and motivate older children to read. RIF provides helps families enrich their homes with literature. This program provides a minimum of 3 books to each migrant student annually. Students get to choose and keep books that interest them. We sponsor the RIF program and coordinate with schools to purchase books to meet the needs of migrant children.
