Our Mission: To assist young adults with the transition into the work place by providing career track employment opportunities.

What is SWAP?
The School to Work Alliance Program, in collaboration with the Centennial BOCES school districts and the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, is a program designed to assist young adults (ages 16-23) with mild to moderate disabilities engage in a successful career path to employment.


The SWAP staff assists young adults with finding a job related to their area of interest, in addition to learning basic employment skills and job coaching. Those who can benefit from SWAP's services are young adults who want to work but have mild to moderate barriers to their employment and have difficulty finding and keeping a job.
